Our office demanded $275,000.00, prior to trial, but we were offered $120,000. The judgment after trial with interest, costs and expenses totals $250,000.00. There were $33,000 in medicals. Our client had not worked since the day of the incident of January 8, 2014, and at the time was a waitress. The incident in question occurred when the Plaintiff was walking in a crosswalk and struck by the Defendant with her vehicle.
